Three levels of office development are being built to the east of the existing Centre, enabling a vibrant mixed-use commercial community to be accomodated within the scheme.
In addition to adding scale and vibrancy to The Square, this new office space will have the dual effect of bringing office workers into the area on a daily basis and enabling local residents to find sustainable high-end employment within their own community.
